How to Speed Up Browser

Written By Unknown on Saturday, December 4, 2010 | 5:29 AM

Browsing the Internet with a high speed must be very pleasant, in many ways done to speed up internet connection either using software for Internet connections become faster and use a specific setting that is claimed to speed up Internet connection. In addition to network quality is also very crucial. Presence 3.5G or HSDPA technology contribute to speed up internet connection.

Here are some tips that can be used to speed up Internet connection:

A. Composing bandwidth settings on windows (tested on Windows XP)

Basically the windows OS has limited bandwidth for Internet connection as much as 20% of the total bandwidth should be maximum, if the netters want to increase Internet bandwidth connections so that faster and faster can be a way to reduce or clear the bandwidth limitations in Windows so that we can be a maximum in using existing bandwidth.

Follow the instructions as below:

     1. Click Start
     2. Click Run
     3. Type gpedit.msc
     4. Then click Ok
     5. Once entered click (open) Administrative Templates
     6. Then click (open) Network
     7. Once open click QoS Packet scheduler
     8. Then click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth
     9. And after the open change the setting to be Enable
   10. Then change bandwidth limit to "0"
   11. Click Apply, and continue Ok
   12. Then exit and restart the computer

B. Use Google's browser Chrome or Apple Safari

*The latest version of Chrome and Safari browser is faster than Firefox or Internet Explorer
(Already tested and proved to be much faster). My advice use Google Chrome because in addition to fast,
*Chrome is more secure than Safari, although in some cases Safari sometimes faster than  Chrome.
*If netter already used to using Firefox and do not want to switch to another browser,
can add the add-on "Adblock" to block ads, images, and flash enabled.
*There are several add-on again from Firefox like NoScript that can speed up Internet access,
*but unfortunately that most add-on it, sometimes even slow the access of the Firefox browser   itself.

C. Enlarge browser's cache to 5% of hard drive capacity or 1-2 GB

This method proved to be effective to accelerate access to the browser. The logic is not necessary each time the browser loading images and breasts bengeknya all every time visiting the site who have never visited, because if you've never visited the site will automatically be cached by the browser.

This only applies if a big enough hard drive capacity netter. In general, each browser one can set its cache capacity, there is an automatic. If the browser netter no option sets the cache, meaning netter do not often (or should not) clear history in the browser.
